We’re happy to offer a lifetime jewelry cleaning service for all Juné Jewelry pieces. This service is available up to twice per year to help keep your jewelry looking its best.
How it works:
Customers must contact our customer service team first to obtain authorization before sending in their jewelry.
Once approved, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the jewelry to us.
After cleaning is completed, we will ship the piece back to you, and the return shipping fee will also be the customer’s responsibility.
This service is available for the lifetime of the piece and applies only to authentic Juné Jewelry items.
Please note: This service covers professional cleaning only and does not include repairs unless otherwise discussed with our customer service team.

All orders are shipped from California, USA. Every piece is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our studio.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
